Not ready for a full program? No problem! We’ll sit down together for an hour-long session where you can get your questions answered and learn great tips for a healthier lifestyle! You’ll walk away with lots of practical tips to help you eat healthy, sleep better, and have more energy throughout your day! In addition, I will send you handouts and recipes after our session that follow-up on the things we discussed in your session.
Three-month Jumpstart Program:
Is there a specific health concern that you are ready to address? Struggling with a sugar addiction, hormone imbalances, or eating healthy? This is the program for you. We’ll meet twice a month and each session will be tailored to your specific needs. Together, we will set 2-3 goals for each month that will make lasting changes in your health and wellness. In addition, you will have full access to my support in between sessions through email and texting!
Six-month Transformation Program:
If you’re ready to make big changes and transform your life, this is for you! Over the course of six months, I will support and empower you to completely reshape the way you eat and live. We will tackle things like weight loss, stress management, sugar addiction, managing your cravings, and the art of healthy cooking. You will learn invaluable tools for staying on track with your health and fitness, and you’ll love the new energy and excitement you have for life!
All of these programs can be done in person, on Skype, or over the phone. You choose what works best for you!
